Allergy Free Pizza
1 can of Tomato Sauce
1 cup of Daiya Delicious Chadder Style Cheese (milk and Soy Free) note: if making for someone not allergy to milk then you can use regular shredded cheese
1 cup of Cook Ground Beef (if the person is wanting a meet pizza–just cheese then leave the meat off)
Pizza Crust
1 pkg of active yeast
1 1/4 warm water
3 1/4 Cups Bread Flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 TBS Sugar
1 TBSP Olive or Canala Oil
1 tsp parsley
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine flour, salt, seasoning, sugar and oil, add the water and yeast. Stir well until smooth dough. Let stand if possible for about 45 minutes but if not it still turns out good. Roll out into a 12 inch pizza pan or 3 4 inch circles. Add sauce, ground beef and either the allergy free cheese or regular cheese (if making for someone who doesn’t have allergies). Bake on 425 for about 25 minutes.
