Cream of Chicken Noodle Soup

1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup

Small box of thin spaghetti Noodles

Cup of cook and dice Chicken

T. Parsley, Onion Salt, Garlic Salt, and Regular Salt

Teaspoon of Rosemary, Basil, Thyme, Pepper and Crush Red Pepper

T. of Chicken Granilles Seasoning

Put noodles, cream of chicken, chicken and seasoning in pot of water and cook until noodles is done.

Allergy Free Spegetti Sauce

29 oz  can of  Tomato Sauce

14.5 oz can of dice Tomato

half pound or pound of cook ground beef (depending on if you like it with a lot of meat or just a little)

1/4 cup of olive oil

1/4 cup of dice onions

1/4 cup of dice sweet pepper

1 tsp of  black pepper

1 tsp of garlic salt

1 tsp of parsley

1/2 tsp of basil, rosemary, thyme and oregano

1 T of Worcestershire sauce

In a large sauce pan put oil, cooked meat, tomato sauce, dice tomatoes and season until starts bubbling.  Make sure to stir so won’t stick to bottom of pan.  Serve over warm noodles.

Allergy Free Pizza (Milk, Eggs, and Soy) Recipe

Allergy Free Pizza

1 can of  Tomato Sauce

1 cup of Daiya Delicious Chadder Style Cheese (milk and Soy Free) note: if making for someone not allergy to milk then you can use regular shredded cheese

1 cup of Cook Ground Beef (if the person is wanting a meet pizza–just cheese then leave the meat off)

Pizza Crust

1 pkg of active yeast

1 1/4 warm water

3 1/4 Cups Bread Flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp onion salt

1 tsp Garlic Salt

1 TBS Sugar

1 TBSP Olive or Canala Oil

1 tsp parsley

Dissolve yeast in warm water.  Combine flour, salt, seasoning, sugar and oil, add the water and yeast.  Stir well until smooth dough.  Let stand if possible for about 45 minutes but if not it still turns out good.  Roll out into a 12 inch pizza pan or 3 4 inch circles.  Add sauce, ground beef and either the allergy free cheese or regular cheese (if making for someone who doesn’t have allergies).  Bake on 425 for about 25 minutes.
